Premium // Metalized + Trapped Air PE
Suretemp® Premium Performance Metalized Container Wall Liner with trapped air technology is an economical passive temperature protection liner for sidewall protection against heat & cold in your cold chain. It is designed to provide short-term protection of cargo against low-duration exposure of extreme temperatures.
The outer layer is made of reflective metalized film, which protects against solar radiation. Inside is an advanced single layer bubble insulation between two layers of clear polyethylene, designed to reduce conductive heat transfer.
Adding a Buffer
The outer layer of the SureTemp® Premium-Performance Metalized Wall Liner is made of a reflective metalized film, which protects against solar radiation. Beneath the outer reflective layer is an advanced single layer of trapped air insulation between two layers of clear polyethylene. The layer of trapped air adds R-Value to the radiant barrier to prevent heat transfer through conduction.
SureTemp® Premium-Performance Metalized Container Wall Liner is designed to fit up to 53 ft. intermodal containers and OTR shipments. The liners are made in roll form in standard widths of 5' and 8', and can be made to any length. This product can be used separately or combined with other SureTemp® products for additional thermal protection.
Single Bubble

Specifically engineered to provide radiant, convection & conduction heat transfer protection from both heat & cold. Provides excellent protection against temperature excursions in extreme ambient temperatures.
Design:
Lightweight yet heavy duty in construction, these rolls are designed to be tear resistant and can be made with embedded magnets for easy installation.

Double Bubble
