The Elite series offers the highest level of protection during products’ exposure to both extreme heat and cold. High strength materials make this pallet cover extremely durable and contribute to its high performance and reusability.
Durable. Reusable.
The outer layer of the SureTemp® Elite pallet cover is made of reflective aluminum film, which protects against solar radiation. The pure aluminum film is fused with an advanced non woven PET Core insulation sealed in by a layer of white PET. Inside is hollow-fiber insulation – the SureTemp® brand’s highest level of insulating material – between aluminum coated non-woven polyester and white polyethylene layers. Non-woven polyester's high tensile strength and tear-resistance give the product additional physical protective capabilities and contribute to its durability and reusability.
The SureTemp® Elite Aluminum Pallet Cover is available in both U.S. and Euro pallet sizes. U.S. stock cover heights are 36”, 48”, 60” and 72”. Euro pallet stock heights are 91cm, 122cm, 152cm and 183cm. Also available in custom sizes.

Insulation Materials:
Single outer reflective, aluminum film with non-woven polyester, and a layer of white PET reinforcement, and hollow-fiber insulation fill. Our standard pharmaceutical cover is 300 grams/m2, but can be custom ordered in either 150 or 450 grams/m2.
Thermal Protection:
Specifically engineered to provide radiant, convection & conduction heat transfer protection from both heat & cold. Provides excellent protection against temperature excursions in extreme ambient temperatures.
Design:
The rugged design of high tensile strength & tear resistance insulation is complete with wide velcro on all four corners for load size adjustments and a tight fit. Velcro corners makes for easy unfolding/folding installation. Also included is a BOL window for shipping documents.
